What is the lead time on orders?Generally, our factory works on a 6-8 weeks lead time, however, there are quieter times of the year where they can turn orders round much quicker.

I am an international retailer, can I stock your brands?Yes. We have a number of retailers outside of the UK but please be aware that you will have to account for additional shipping costs as well account for any relevant import duties.

What is the MoQ (minimum order quantity) on orders?We try to be as flexible as we can with regards to a MoQ. However, our shoes are custom made with equipment and machinery changed for each style and colourway that goes in to production. As a guide to our trade customers, we advise 50 pairs for the MoQ.

Can I order at other times of the year outside of the main SS and AW periods?Yes, we can take orders throughout the year. Again, this would be subject to a minimum order quantity.

How do I set up a trade account?Complete our trade enquiry form and a member of our team will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Will I be charged VAT on my order?No. Clothing and shoes for ‘young children’ have been charged a zero-rate VAT since the introduction of the tax on 1 April 1973.

What are your order deadlines for each season?We will confirm specific dates in advance of each season, but as a guide, the SS deadline is mid-October and the AW deadline is mid-May.

What is your conflict policy if there is a stockist close to where I am setting up my retail store?We deal with matters on a case by case basis and do our best to ensure the commercial interests of our existing stockists are at the forefront of our decision. The key factors we consider are the store locality (i.e. how close the store is to existing stockists) and population.

Do you have a size guide for Borboleta?Yes, we have 2 size guides for our Borboleta brand. We have one for pre-walkers (soft sole) and one for first walkers (hard sole). Pre-Walkers: First Walkers:

Do you have a size guide for Fofito?Yes, please see the table below:

What is the difference between Borboleta and Fofito?Borboleta shoes are made to a wide fitting (G/H) and are very generous in terms of length, coming up a size bigger than most brands. Fofito shoes are made to a standard width fitting (F) and are true to size in terms of length.

Can I order styles in any colour, leather or patent?Yes, all of our styles are available in any colour, leather or patent. However, this is subject to a minimum order quantity that would be determined by our factory.
