Delivery Information
DELIVERY POLICY
We typically use FedEx to deliver orders to customers in the UK and Mainland Europe. Once orders arrive into our warehouse from the factory, we aim to dispatch them within 2 business days.
Customers from outside the UK may need to pay customs taxes when importing goods. The responsibility will be on the customer to make their own enquiries in this regard. Please pay attention to any communication received in respect of the payment of any taxes and duties, so as to avoid delays.
DELIVERY ERROS
Please call us on 0151 280 3049 or email us at trade@goodwearshoes.co.uk advising us of the error and we will look to rectify the problem as soon practicable.
NON DELIVERY
Advice of non delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing or by telephone within 7 days, otherwise, goods will be deemed to have arrived.
RETURNS
If you have received faulty goods, you may return them to us and we will credit your account. Products must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of the goods. Once your goods have arrived and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 14 days for your return to be
processed.
Please remember that the products are your responsibility, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a despatch certificate or document and a delivery receipt. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until we confirm your account has been credited.
Items returned from outside the UK:
Please follow the instructions above and also ensure that the following is written legibly on both the packaging and Customs declaration:
'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'
We cannot be held responsible for any Duty charges for any items returned and accept no responsibility for any items that are lost in transit to us.
